FAQ

Everything worth asking
before we start

These are the questions that come up in every first conversation: what it costs, how long it takes, what happens after launch, and who owns the code. If your question isn't here, write to us — we reply within 24 business hours.

We build custom software: internal process automation, integrations between systems (ERP, accounting, marketplaces, couriers), e-commerce platforms, iOS and Android apps, and marketing websites. If your process currently runs on spreadsheets and copy-paste, that’s exactly the kind of problem we solve.

Cost depends on scope, the number of integrations, and how clearly the process is defined. Send us what you have and you get a written estimate with stages, timelines and budget within 24 business hours — a call if you want one, not as a precondition. We don’t quote off the cuff, and we don’t start development before you’ve approved an estimate.

As a rough guide: a single automation 2–4 weeks, a company website or an ERP-to-store integration 4–8 weeks, an online store 3–5 months, a complex platform from 3 months and delivered in stages. We work in sprints with a working demo every two weeks, so you see progress rather than status reports.

You send us the problem and we reply with concrete questions and a first estimate. Then comes an analysis of your current process and existing systems, the proposal with scope, timeline and price, the contract, and development in sprints with regular demos. We finish with testing alongside your team, training and launch.

Yes, and the country does not matter. We are based in Chișinău and work fully remote, in Romanian, English or Russian. Meetings are online, and documentation and handover are delivered in your team’s language.

We pick the stack to fit the problem, not the other way around. Most often that’s PHP/Laravel and Node.js on the backend, React or Vue on the frontend, PostgreSQL and MySQL for data, Flutter or React Native for mobile. Integrations run over REST APIs, webhooks or file exchange, depending on what the existing system supports.

In most cases, yes. If the system has an API we connect directly; if not, we work through file export/import or controlled database access. We validate the integration before signing, so there are no surprises halfway through the project.

The project enters a warranty period during which we fix development defects free of charge. After that you can continue with a monthly maintenance plan: monitoring, security updates, backups and an agreed number of hours for changes and new features.

You do. On full payment, the code, the repository and the technical documentation become your company’s property. Data stays in your own infrastructure or a cloud account in your name — we don’t lock clients into systems they don’t control.

Yes, after a code audit. We review what exists, tell you honestly what can be salvaged and what is faster to rewrite, then propose a takeover plan. The audit can be contracted on its own, with no obligation to continue with us.

In stages, per contract: a deposit at kickoff, the remainder on delivery of the agreed milestones. We invoice companies in Moldova and clients abroad; payment is by bank transfer.
