These terms cover the use of min-code.com. They do not cover the work we do for clients — that is governed by the contract signed for each project, which takes precedence over anything on this page.

What you may do with the content
Read it, quote it with attribution and a link, and share it. The articles exist to be useful.
What you may not do: republish an article in full without our written permission, present our work as your own, or use our name, logo or client names to suggest a relationship that does not exist.
Who owns what
The text, structure and code of this site belong to MinCode Group, except where stated otherwise. The site is built on a commercially licensed third-party HTML template, and the icon and display typefaces are used under their own open licences.
Client names, logos and product names mentioned in the case studies belong to their owners and appear with their agreement, to describe work we delivered.
Estimates and enquiries
Nothing on this site is a binding offer. The price ranges published in the articles and on the services pages are indicative — real ranges from delivered work, given so you can plan, not a quotation.
A binding price exists only in a written proposal, signed by both sides, after we have seen the actual systems and requirements. We say this plainly because a firm number given before that point is either padded or will arrive later as change orders.
When you send an enquiry, we aim to reply within 24 business hours. That is an intention, not a contractual commitment. Sending an enquiry creates no obligation on either side.
Accuracy
We keep the technical content current and correct it when we are wrong. Even so, articles describe situations at a point in time: platforms change, prices move, and legislation is amended. Nothing here is professional, legal or financial advice for your specific situation. Decisions you take based on it are yours.
Where an article names a figure — a cost range, a timeline, a percentage — it is drawn from projects we delivered. Your project may sit outside it.
Availability
We try to keep the site up and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting failures and things outside our control happen. We are not liable for losses arising from the site being unavailable.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to sites we do not run — clients' platforms, documentation, public registries. We link because they are useful; we do not control their content or their privacy practices, and we are not responsible for either.
Personal data
What happens to data you send through the forms is set out in our Privacy Policy. In short: this site sets no cookies, loads nothing from third parties, and uses what you type only to answer you.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website — lost profit, lost data, business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury, fraud or intentional misconduct.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version in force is the one published here when you use the site.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova, and disputes arising from the use of this website fall to the competent courts of Chișinău. Where you deal with us as a consumer in another country, this does not remove protections that the law of your country of residence gives you and that cannot be set aside by agreement.
Contracts for delivered work carry their own governing law and dispute clause, agreed for each project.
