The challenge
Most European shops do not deliver to Moldova. Anyone who wants to order ends up with improvised middlemen, unclear prices and parcels they cannot track.
Eulivrez needed a platform that turns a complicated logistics process — an address in the EU, parcel pickup, customs, transport, delivery to the door — into something as simple as a local order. Every step had to make sense to someone who has never shopped abroad, and the delivery price had to be calculable before ordering. On top of that: an audience that speaks Romanian, Russian and English, and that writes to support on WhatsApp, Telegram or Viber, not through forms.
The solution
We built the platform around a single clear route: create an account, buy online giving our EU address at checkout, register the order, pay securely, receive the parcel at home. The five steps sit on the front page, and four short videos cover exactly the moments where people get stuck.
On top of the flow we put the tools that remove uncertainty: a delivery estimator on gross weight, with a fixed price per kilogram and no hidden costs; parcel tracking by AWB code straight from the hero; a catalogue of partner shops filterable by category, from electronics to furniture; and an account area where the customer sees their orders and gets notified at each stage.
The rest of the decisions came from how the audience actually behaves: three languages (RO / RU / EN) switchable from the header, direct contact on WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber and Messenger, real reviews aggregated with an average score, an FAQ built on concrete objections — what it costs, how long it takes, what cannot be shipped — and a blog written for searches like “delivery from [shop] to Moldova”.
Results
Since 2024 the platform has delivered steadily across Moldova: 99% of parcels arrive on time, average delivery stays at 5–7 working days, and customers have left over 140 reviews averaging 4.9 out of 5. The partner-shop catalogue keeps growing, and support is handled by real people, on the channels customers already use.
