University Dr. Romaniuc — mandatory training, with proof it was done

A clinic with training its staff must complete, and no way to show who has. This is the record that answers that question.

The challenge

A clinic can require its staff to complete training. Proving that they did is a different problem, and it is the one that matters.

Sending a course as an email attachment leaves no record. It cannot say who opened it, who reached the end, or who is halfway through. When the training is mandatory rather than optional, that gap is the whole point of running it.

The material also is not the same for everyone. Some of it every employee has to complete; some belongs to one department; some to named people. A single shared folder cannot express any of that, and asking staff to know which files apply to them guarantees the wrong answer.

The solution

An internal library holds the training as it was actually produced — video and PDF, in one place, available to staff without a login to anything outside the clinic.

Courses are assigned rather than published. A course can be mandatory for everyone, scoped to a department, or given to named staff — so what an employee sees is the training that applies to them, and nothing else.

Each course carries a progress bar, and that is the part that turns a library into a record. The employee can see how far through they are and where to resume; the clinic can see who has finished, who has started and who has not opened it — the question that a folder of PDFs could never answer.
